Pursue a rewarding role as a Procurement Contract Specialist II, where you'll manage contract administration for pipeline projects. This position is full time in Calgary and may require occasional site travel.
Your focus will be on the detailed administration of pipeline contracts from the award phase through to closeout. Critical tasks involve maintaining compliance, overseeing change management, and conducting performance monitoring. Partner with engineering, legal, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and accountability across project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer pipeline construction contracts effectively
• Review RFPs and evaluate commercial risks
• Support negotiation processes and documentation
• Monitor contractor performance metrics and obligations
• Coordinate with internal and external clients for approvals
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related
• 8–12 years experience in contract administration
• Previous work on pipeline or related projects
• Experience within EPC and EPCM settings
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
Drive contract performance and compliance in this key role, and collaborate with expert teams on pipeline
