You’re a PMO — Supply Chain Business Analyst tasked with implementing the new Warehouse Management System (WMS), supporting testing, and driving process improvements. Based at the Kensington Store Support Centre for a 12‑month FTC.

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the implementation of our current WMS – from configuration and testing to deployment.
Designing and validating processes, creating future‑state process maps, and maintaining documentation.
Providing guidance on implementation and becoming the WMS subject matter expert post go‑live.
Driving continuous improvement and owning system support activities.
Collaborating with Supply Chain, DC operations, Technology teams, and external vendors.
Working on DC and network/freight changes as part of a growing project team.
What You’ll Bring
2–4 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or Supply Chain Analyst role.
Prior experience rolling out WMS (applicants without hands‑on WMS experience will not be considered).
Strong communication skills – able to simplify technical detail for non‑technical stakeholders.
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, Visio, or Smartsheet.
