A standard work week for plumbers is 44 hours, however during peak periods, overtime will be required. You will be working both indoors and outdoors, alone or as a team. The work can be physically demanding; you may have to stand or crouch for long periods of time and lift heavy materials. Regular communication with your team will be key to success.
Safety is our #1 priority, so consistently reviewing your work environment and working safe is a must.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: (but not limited to)
working in the areas of agriculture, commercial, industrial & residential plumbing
Installing water treatment systems
repairing pipes, valves, fittings, drains and fixtures
investigating, diagnosing, and resolving pump issues
keeping accurate record of time spent working at a site, description of work performed, and materials used is imperative.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Plumbing License required with minimum of 2 years experience is a must
A valid driver's license
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems
Attention to detail is a must
Must live within a reasonable commute of Norwich, Ontario
