JOB SUMMARY
The Player Insights Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing the organization’s Player Experience (PX) practice by developing and delivering actionable, comprehensive player insights. This role will integrate various sources of data (perception, operational, outcomes, etc.) that help senior leaders understand player behavioral insights to drive continuous improvement and enhance the overall customer journey.\n
