10 years + experience in a manufacturing leadership position, preferably in heat treating /metals Responsibilities Identify and pursue new and existing refractory business opportunities including plant expansions and maintenance shutdowns Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts within the refractory industry Prepare and present proposals, pricing, contracts, and quote packages Deliver technical sales support by recommending appropriate products, solutions, and installation methods based on individual customer needs and requirements Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Monitor market trends to develop informed sales strategies Skills Manage, coordinate and monitor the effective day
