Lead improvement initiatives as a Plant Engineering Project Coordinator. Engage in the efficient operation and enhancement of plant processes while promoting safety and compliance.Working directly with the plant manager, you’ll manage projects focused on plant upgrades, retrofits, and continuous operational improvements. This role requires a solid focus on documentation and adherence to safety standards, as well as engaging with maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues rapidly. Your contributions will ensure the development of protected work behaviors and the efficiency of the Air Separation unit.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate plant improvement projects
Assist in troubleshooting and technical resolution
Review operational processes and documentation
Conduct incident investigations and promote safety
Support development of economic justifications for projectsRequirements:
Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent experience
5 years of relevant process engineering experience
O.I.Q. registration required
Experience with cryogenic processes and systems
Robust analytical and communication abilitiesUtilize your project management skills to enhance safety and operational efficiency in the production plant.#J
