Required Experience

Ensure loads are properly secured and comply with weight and safety regulations
Maintain accurate logs and report any mechanical or safety issues
Assist with piling operations, including setup, alignment, and breakdown
Handle piling materials such as steel piles, casing, and related components
Support piling rig and crane operations through spotting and signaling
Perform rigging and ground support duties as required
Complete general labour tasks including excavation, leveling, and site cleanup
Follow project plans, safe work procedures, and supervisor instructions
Required Qualifications & Certifications:
Valid 5G Driver’s License (required)
Previous experience in piling, foundation work, or heavy civil construction is an asset
WHMIS, First Aid, or equivalent safety certifications are considered an asset
Skills & Competencies:
Robust knowledge of commercial driving regulations and protected load securement practices
High level of safety awareness around heavy equipment and active construction sites
Ability to work effectively as part of a piling crew
Strong communication skills with supervisors, operators, and dispatch
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when required
Physical & Work Workplace Requirements:
Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs]
