3 years experience in a community

based primary care setting is preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply. Knowledge of community resources/services to facilitate referrals for primary health care clients Ability to manage multiple and complex demands Commitment to working collaboratively in a team environment Knowledge of/experience with health issues facing seniors, rural residents, youth, and families with young children Familiarity with PS Suite EMR considered an asset Treats conditions and chronic diseases and injury assessment Provide continuous, long‑term primary care and patient advocacy Provide acute, preventive, and chronic care Flexibility to work one evening per week as well as provide after hours on‑call on shared schedule with 15 other health centre physicians and nurse practitioners. Hours and location of work would be pre‑arranged, based on coverage needs at any of the facilities. Job Types: Part‑time fixed term Compensation & Advantages Salary of $292,915.13 to $337,724.40 (pro‑rated to working status) 4 weeks paid vacation (pro‑rated to working status) 18 Sick Days per year (pro‑rated to working status) 10 Professional Development days per year (pro‑rated to working status) Enrolment in Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) Vacancy Type: Existing Vacancy Only applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.
