\nLocation: Four Locations in the Greater Toronto Area (Leaside, Grenadier, Kingsway, and Bough Beeches) + Virtual\n
Start Date: Immediate
\nHours: 10–20 hours per week\n
Reporting to: Dr. Mateen Akhtar, M.D.

Compensation: $40+/hour
\nOverview The Physician Assistant (PA), working in close collaboration with Dr. Akhtar and NPs, will be primarily responsible for conducting comprehensive patient consultations and initial assessments across four assisted living facilities in the Greater Toronto Area. The PA will systematically compile each patient's past medical history, current medications, recent specialist visits, and imaging results, producing a structured consultation note for every patient under Dr.\n
Akhtar's care. In addition to this core documentation role, the PA will support goals of care (GOC) discussions with residents and families. Access to ConnectingOntario is a strong asset for this role, enabling remote chart review and virtual care delivery.
