Previous hospital experience is desirable.
Previous management experience is desirable.
Completion of a hospital residency program is desirable.
Exprience: Minimum de 5 ans d''exprience en tant que pharmacien.
Exprience pralable en milieu hospitalier est souhaitable.
Exprience pralable en gestion est souhaitable.
Programme de rsidence en milieu hospitalier est souhaitable.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) OR Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from a recognized University.
Completion of a Hospital Pharmacy Residency is an asset.
Formation (degr/diplme/certificat): Baccalaurat s sciences (pharmacie) OU doctorat en pharmacie (PharmD) d''une Universit reconnue.
Rsidence en pharmacie hospitalire est un atout.
Certification/Licensure/Registration Current practicing membership or eligibility for registration and membership with the College of Pharmacist of Manitoba (CPhM).
Membership in the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacy (CSHP) is an asset.
Certification/permis dexercice/enregistrement: Membre en rgle de l''Ordre des pharmaciens du Manitoba (CPhM) ou tre admissible l''inscription et l''adhsion l''Ordre.
L''adhsion la Socit canadienne de la pharmacie hospitalire (SCPH) est un atout.
Qualifications and Skills Proficiency of both official languages is essential (English/French).
Given the cultural diversity of our region, the ability to communicate in more than one language would be considered an asset.
Demonstrated ability to respect confidentiality including paper, electronic formats and other mediums.
Positive work and attendance record.
