4 on Sundays. The staff is made up of multiple assistants, including registered techs, trained compounding staff, and a lead assistant with over 25 years of experience and advanced diabetes training.
Our pharmacists at this store have served the Armstrong community for decades and know the patients, local doctors, and care facility staff well.
We DO NOT impose any quotas for clinical services upon our pharmacists.
We offer a competitive hourly wage based on experience level, a comprehensive benefits package including life insurance and disability insurance, signing bonus, relocation allowance, and coverage of your pharmacy dues.
Being independently owned and operated means you have the ability to work with the owner and management team to quickly make decisions and resolve any issues or concerns.
You will receive plenty of support from a local management team including Human Resources and scheduling support, IT support, and front store support just to mention a few areas.
Job Description
We offer a positive team environment and being located in a smaller community allows you to easily collaborate with physicians in the area. This allows our pharmacists to provide our patients with exceptional care.
As the Pharmacy Manager you will be responsible for all the day to day operations of the pharmacy including being in compliance with all bylaws of the College of Pharmacists of B.C. The Pharmacy Manager will also be responsible for the following:
