About You We would love to hear from you if you have the following: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Licensed or eligible for licensure with the Nova Scotia Pharmacy Regulator (NSPR) Two (2)years recent related experience an asset Completion of a hospital residency program an asset Member of the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists an asset BLS (Basic Life Support) required Computer proficiency Knowledge of pharmacokinetics relevant to area of practice/populations served Demonstrated accountability Demonstrated judgement and decision making skills Strong client focus and ability to build solid client/practitioner relationships Demonstrated communication and conflict resolution skills Demonstrated collaboration and teamwork skills Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation Demonstrated leadership abilities Demonstrated planning, organization and time management skills Commitment to promoting a culture that supports safety, ethical practices and organizational health Travel may be required Competencies in other languages asset; French preferred Please ensure your resume is up to date and includes all relevant education, experience, training, and certifications.
