Duties
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Provide patient care including medication administration and health monitoring under supervision
Support with meal preparation and feeding as needed
Help with light housekeeping tasks such as light cleaning and maintaining a safe setting
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a respectful and caring workplace
Support clients with activities that promote independence and quality of life
Requirements
Experience or familiarity with assisted living, nursing home environments, or home care preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Knowledge of patient care practices, dementia care, hospice care, or working with individuals with disabilities is advantageous
Strong caregiving skills with compassion, patience, and excellent communication abilities
Ability to work flexible hours including shifts that may involve evenings or weekends if necessary
Must be reliable, responsible, and committed to providing respectful and dignified support to clients
Pay: $20.00
