Status: Part‑Time (day, evening, and night shifts)

Reporting to the Director of Care, the Personal Support Worker (PSW) provides direct personal and nursing care to residents in order to meet their physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual needs, in accordance with the home’s policies, procedures, and established work routines.
\n
This is a Part‑Time role with working hours that vary from day, evening, and nights, including a rotational weekend schedule, though extended hours may be required from time to time. The environment is fast‑paced and deadline‑driven, requiring high attention to detail and strong time‑management skills. The role includes regular use of computer systems and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
