QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Possess a Health Care Aide or PSW certificate with minimum 5 years experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An emphasis on the ability to accurately document and the willingness to share knowledge through education. A demonstrated ability to work as a team member. Valuable physical health. Hours: Strathcona Long Term Care is looking for a Personal Support Worker in the role of BSO Lead. Strathcona is a 96 bed Home located in Mount Forest. The successful candidate will work with the BSO team as well as the nursing team to assist Residents.
