Duties
Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive setting.
Requirements Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
~Compassionate and cares about the dignity of each resident
~Possesses patience and understanding when dealing with residents
~Able to kneel, bend, stoop and lift repeatedly
~Must have valuable listening skills
~Knowledge of dementia care techniques is highly desirable.
~Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
