Paid media is currently our largest growth lever, driving bookings, event participation, and membership acquisition. We are investing meaningfully each month across Meta, Google, and emerging channels, and we believe there is significant room to scale intelligently.
This is a high‑impact role focused on customer acquisition, creative development at scale, and optimizing our growth levers across paid channels. The ideal candidate has a robust analytical mindset, deep experience in performance marketing, and a keen eye for creative strategy and execution. They are highly data‑driven and comfortable working cross‑functionally with creative teams, lifecycle marketing, product, and external partners to maximize efficiency and drive customer growth.
This role is for someone who wants to:

Create strategy, influence creative direction, and own budget allocation
Own a meaningful part of the marketing budget
You won’t just manage campaigns. You’ll build the engine that drives them.
Paid Acquisition Strategy & Execution
Own Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit performance and channel management end‑to‑end
Manage, allocate, and scale our monthly media spend alongside our agency
Translate business goals into acquisition strategy
Identify opportunities to expand channel mix over time
Execution Excellence & Operational Ownership
Drive campaign setup, optimization, and scaling decisions
Develop structured testing roadmaps (creative, audience, briefs for landing pages, offer)
Build repeatable systems for experimentation
Improve CAC efficiency and booking conversion rates
Creative Performance Strategy
Partner with design and content teams on ad ideation across formats and platforms
Define creative briefs rooted in performance insights
Analyze outlier ads and codify learnings
Establish a structured creative testing cadence
Write and review creative briefs
Landing Page & Conversion Optimization
Design and run experiments to improve conversion rates across landing pages and web funnels
Leverage tools like HotJar, GA4, and Webflow Optimize to surface friction and test improvements
Collaborate with product and design to iterate on post‑click experience
Own the connection between ad performance and on‑site conversion
Lifecycle & Retention Partnership
Partner closely with our CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to align acquisition and retention strategy
Identify handoff points between paid acquisition and CRM/email/SMS flows
Analyze user acquisition and retention cohorts to surface insights and inform growth roadmaps
Work cross‑functionally to improve onboarding conversion and early LTV signals
Analytics, Attribution & Reporting
Own tracking accuracy (pixel, CAPI, GA4, CRM integration) and attribution systems (TripleWhale)
Build dashboards tying spend to revenue, CAC, and LTV
Improve visibility into true incremental performance
Deliver weekly performance narratives and forward‑looking plans
Collaborate with analytics and finance to forecast performance and report on marketing ROI
Infrastructure & Capability Building
Develop scalable internal systems for campaign management
Build documentation and processes that institutionalize learnings
Elevate paid media from channel management to growth strategy
Establish best‑in‑class performance standards
Who You Are
A data‑driven marketer with a strong ability to analyze and optimize performance campaigns
A creative strategist at heart who understands how to develop compelling ads that drive conversions, unearthing current insights and hypotheses from both consumers and external industry trends
Someone with experience optimizing landing page performance and improving user experience through CRO methodologies
A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, execution‑focused environment
Comfortable working cross‑functionally — from creative and lifecycle teams to analytics and finance
Comfortable with ambiguity. This is a startup environment.

What You Bring
4–6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related role
Experience managing $25k–$100
