In this impactful role, you'll guide patrol teams in achieving their objectives through coaching and mentoring on best practices. Your responsibility includes utilizing data to ensure compliance with internal performance policies while fostering relationships with 3rd Party Garage Networks. Additionally, you’ll oversee compliance procedures and maintain high performance standards during patrol duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive improved performance across the patrol team
• Coach and mentor patrols on best practices
• Utilize data for compliance with internal policies
• Build relationships with local 3rd Party Garage Networks
• Conduct compliance checks for PPE and equipment
Requirements:
• NVQ level 3 or equivalent required
• Understanding of legal compliance and fleet controls
• Extensive motor vehicle repair experience
• Competencies in report writing and problem solving
• Robust communication and coaching skills
