From day one, you’ll gain hands‑on leadership experience by leading a front‑line team and collaborating with production, maintenance and quality teams to run day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You’ll build your leadership skills through formal development programs, real‑world experience on the production floor, and mentorship from experienced leaders who are invested in your growth. You’ll have opportunities to lead improvement initiatives that make a real impact — such as reducing downtime, simplifying processes using Lean Six Sigma principles, and minimizing product and packaging waste.
