related functions, including data entry, record maintenance, responding to inquiries, and completing required reporting. The Payroll Clerk works collaboratively with Human Resources to ensure payroll processes align with collective agreements, applicable legislation, and divisional procedures.

The Payroll Clerk demonstrates strong communication skills with a consistent focus on integrity and confidentiality. This role requires the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while remaining flexible within established timelines. A high level of professionalism and a collaborative approach to teamwork are essential, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preference will be given to an individual with a certificate, diploma or degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant office experience. Computer literacy, including effective working skills in MS Word and Excel, is required, along with demonstrated knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures. Compensation will be based on qualifications and relevant experience.
