Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (Pavement, Transportation, or Infrastructure Management focus preferred).

3–6 years of experience in pavement management, asset management, or transportation infrastructure analytics.
\n
Proven experience with RoadMatrix™ PMS, including data loading, modeling, and reporting.
\n
Strong understanding of pavement condition data (IRI, distress, FWD) and performance modeling principles.
\n
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL databases, and GIS platforms (Esri ArcMap/ArcGIS Online).
\n
