About the Role
The Parts Advisor is a key member of our Fixed Operations team, responsible for assisting technicians and customers with parts needs, maintaining inventory, and ensuring efficient workflow in the service department.
Responsibilities
Assist technicians and retail customers with parts identification and sales
Order, receive, and stock inventory accurately
Maintain organized parts storage and inventory control systems
Process parts transactions, invoices, and returns
Communicate effectively with the service department to ensure timely repairs
Provide skilled and efficient customer service in person and over the phone
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive wage: $22.00 ā $32.00 per hour (based on experience)
