Your focus will be on detecting suspicious activities and ensuring a secure atmosphere for guests and staff alike. Robust customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to react promptly to incidents on the casino floor. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor guest behavior and address security concerns
Patrol casino entrances and floor for safety
Ensure compliance with operational policies
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Complete training program starting May 11, 2026 Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
Grade ten (10) education required
Previous security experience is an asset
Must be at least 19 years old
Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends Utilize your skills to enhance the safety and experience of guests while advancing in a rewarding setting.
