Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including times, routes, and service details.
Use dispatch software and systems to track and update job statuses.
Respond promptly to emergencies, delays, or unexpected situations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or transportation is a plus.
Previous experience in dispatching or a related field an asset.
Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in computer systems and dispatch software.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Work Schedule:
Variable shift schedule (e.g., evenings, weekends, or flexible shifts).
Part time up to 40 hours per week
2pm to 8pm Mon
