time Parking Lot Maintenance Crew Member to service sites in the Milton area.
Position Details
Schedule: 7 days per week
Hours: Approximately 1–2 hours per day
Time: Work must be completed between 11:00pm and 7:00am
Location: Milton (single or multiple sites)
Transportation: Must use your own reliable vehicle to travel to and from site(s)
Responsibilities
Collect and remove litter/debris from all areas of the property
Empty garbage bins and replace liners
Clean and maintain waste containers as needed
Sweep and maintain parking lots, walkways, and surrounding areas
Ensure tools and equipment are kept clean and in safe working condition
Accurately document site visits (time on site, work completed, weather conditions, etc.)
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Reliable and consistent—shows up every day, on time
Solid work ethic and ability to work independently
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Valuable time management and attention to detail
Valid Ontario G Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
