YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Diploma in Paralegal Technology or equivalent experience.
1 to 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal (experience with the U.S. legal system is an asset).
Essential bilingualism in both spoken and written French and English in order to communicate with internal stakeholders located outside Quebec or unilingual English speakers on a daily basis.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Efficient with Microsoft Office suite and other work

Employment Type: Litigation and play a role in strategic litigation matters. In this role, you will report to the Senior Litigation Paralegal in supporting litigation matters globally.
YOULL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Assist in managing complex litigation cases, including product liability, dealers & suppliers disputes, intellectual property matters and class actions, in jurisdictions around the world.
Handle and lead product quality litigation cases from inception to conclusion
Support litigation strategy by managing discovery, investigate claims, gathering evidence, preparing witness materials, and coordinating trial preparation.
Assist the labor & employment team in supporting the human resources function with all legal needs, including drafting agreements and policies.
Conduct legal research and draft summaries and other litigation
