Perform daily equipment checks and report any issues to the supervisor
Work with the rest of the crew to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Ensure the job site is maintained in a secure and organized manner
Qualifications:
3 or more years of experience operating packers or other similar equipment
Commercial excavation experience preferred
Solid understanding of construction site safety protocols
Ability to operate other heavy machinery, such as bulldozers or excavators, is a plus
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive communication skills and strong problem

Pay and Benefits:
Full time, permanent position
Hourly wage: CA$28 to CA$36 (depending on experience)
Paid Time Off (PTO): 2 weeks per year
