We are seeking a skilled and motivated ouvrier paysagement to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to help creating beautiful outdoor spaces, ensuring aesthetic appeal and functionality and precision. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, utilizing a range of tools and equipment to complete landscaping projects efficiently and safely at various customers homes.

Duties
\n
Perform landscape tasks such as flower, shrubs and tree planting and mulching
Operate heavy machinery such as excavator and or skid steer for excavation and site preparation
Leveling of dirt, racking, seeding and or installation of sod
Leveling of base material for concrete pavers installation
Installation of concrete pavers, wall stones, steps, etc.
Assist with construction projects related to outdoor structures or features
Conduct routine maintenance of equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance
Follow safety protocols during all landscaping activities to prevent accidents or injuries
Collaborate with team members to complete projects within designated timelines
Earth work
Qualifications\n
Proven experience in landscaping or hardscaping an asset
Mechanical knowledge related to operating machinery like excavators an asset
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
Knowledge of hardscaping practices and landscape design principles is an asset
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods a must
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Bilingual an asset
