Summary Of Responsibilities
\nWe are seeking a compassionate and proactive Outreach Worker to join our team in Claresholm, AB. In this role, you will play a vital part in connecting individuals with resources and opportunities that enhance their quality of life, aligning with our organization's mission of inclusion and support. This role is to assist 1 individual with developmental disabilities who lives independently to learn and maintain independent daily living skills and support parenting.\n
Duties can include budgeting, attending health appointments, menu planning and grocery shopping, assisting with house cleaning, connecting with community resources and other areas as needed.
