Enhance project awareness, streamline application assistance, and promote sustainability within local contexts through effective outreach initiatives.This position is pivotal in ensuring the Eeyou EcoFund is marketed and easily accessible. In this role, you will lead outreach efforts, provide guidance on the application process, and engage with communities through workshops and training. Solid communication and organizational skills are essential to foster partnerships and ensure project compliance from inception to reporting.Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outreach strategies to promote funding perks
Create and adapt promotional materials across platforms
Plan and execute informative workshops and training sessions
Collaborate on communication efforts and community outreach
Build relationships with key community organizationsRequirements:
3–5 years of outreach or grants coordination experience
Knowledge of Indigenous governance is an advantage
Relevant college degree or equivalent experience
Robust command of English; familiarity with Cree/French is a plus
Expertise in Microsoft 365 and communication toolsFacilitate community engagement, project compliance, and ensure the visibility of program opportunities by leveraging your outreach expertise.#J
