Qualifications
5+ years of experience in operations within financial services, banking, leasing, or insurance
Experience supporting or leading teams in an operational workplace
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Working knowledge of data privacy, security, and regulatory frameworks in Canada
Qualified and collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Exposure to process improvement or efficiency initiatives
Ability to work effectively across teams and manage stakeholder relationships
