Community Engagement & Partnerships
· Support development of partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders.
· Assist with community engagement and outreach initiatives.
· Participate in relevant community meetings or collaborative initiatives.
Organizational Responsibilities
· Work in alignment with CHCN’s mission, vision, and values.
· Maintain confidentiality and adhere to CHCN privacy and information management policies.
· Promote safe work practices and comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
· Participate in staff meetings, organizational planning, and team initiatives.

Qualifications
· A university degree or college diploma in business administration, nonprofit management, health administration, social sciences, or related experience.
· Experience in the nonprofit or community health sector.
· 3–5 years of experience leading operations, project management, quality and process improvement.
· Knowledge of funding development in the nonprofit or community health sector.
· Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
· Experience and knowledge of change management practices and support large teams
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
