Duties
Set up the machines: calibration, cleaning, adjustments, and preparation of production cycles.
Load and unload parts manually or using the appropriate equipment.
Operate production and cutting machines according to customer specifications.
Insert materials into the various sections of the machine to optimize production.
Inspect and measure parts using comparators, fixed gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
Perform basic maintenance: replacing accessories, cleaning, and lubricating.
Troubleshoot equipment and report issues (plasma oxy, crane, dust collector, compressor, forklift, etc.).
Operate pneumatic and electric tools, tapping machines, forklifts, and cranes (certifications to be obtained).
Regularly test machine operations and maintain production and maintenance logs.
Read and understand work drawings to ensure the accuracy of tasks.

This is a Permanent position based out of Delson, QC.
