Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
Coordinate with Physiotherapist to ensure smooth patient flow
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and faxes
Process insurance claims and verify patient insurance coverage
Assist with billing and payment processing
Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinic environment
Robust organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
