Master’s degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience. Proven clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
