Nurse Manager/Educator (Must be LPN or RN)
Location: Edmonton (main office and client homes)
Employment Type: Full Time
Start Date: May 1, 2026, or when suitable candidate is found
Position Open Until Filled
Schedule: Mon–Friday, Majority Days and Some Evenings, Occasional Weekends (No Nights)
Wage: Compensation is commensurate with experience
Education & Licensing:
· Must have completed Practical Nurse Diploma or Bachelor of Nursing
· Active registration with CLHA or CRNA
· Current BCLS

· Valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle
Experience Requirements:
· Minimum 5

7 years recent clinical experience (home care and/or acute care preferred)
· Previous leadership experience (e.g., charge nurse, educator, project manager)
· Experience in adult education, clinical training, and quality improvement
· Knowledge of Continuing Care and Alberta healthcare structure considered an asset
· Experience with CARF (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide clinical leadership and field support to nursing staff
· Develop and deliver staff education and orientation programs
· Monitor quality and safety standards
· Support incident tracking and risk assessments; use this information to analyze the information, identify trends and document follow up
· Lead and support infection prevention and control initiatives
· Contribute to and update clinical policy
· Participate in audits, compliance activities, and continuous improvement efforts
Skills:
· Must be motivated, ambitious and driven
· Robust communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills
· Effective time and resource management
· Strong computer skills including competency in Microsoft Office, google documents and sheets, and electronic charting
· Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
