time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Hours of Work: 224 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Standard Hours Field Hours: Yes Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse C $45.830 to $56.140 Travel Required: Yes Job Description: Ensures the highest standard of care and services provided to the patients. Provides leadership and direction along with the manager for ensuring the productive and effective use of human and fiscal resources by applying sound administrative techniques, principles and practice. Direct authority to organize, direct, coordinate and supervise the work of the specific clinical area including the Clinical Care Coordinator in order to achieve the provision of quality patient care.

Coordinates and supervises care delivery,
\n
clinical guidance and development of all staff in the designated clinical unit.
\n
Works with other departments in developing current programs and work on discharge planning. Also works closely with the Manager of the unit in program development, and the development of policies and procedures to ensure a consistent approach.
