day direction and monitoring of palliative care services provided in a specific geographical area. Ensures that the care provided is in accordance with the organization's mission, care philosophy, client care plan, policies, procedures and standards of care.

Experience
3 yrs experience in Palliative Care (combo of acute and community preferred)
Education
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Licenses
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
Nursing diploma is acceptable
LEAP Certification (LearningEssential Approaches to Palliative and End of Life)
