Formal training in municipal administration, emphasizing the use of human and financial resources, and significant municipal management experience.
Advanced organizational and managerial skills and staff development ability. A minimum of five (5) years of related experience in a First Nations or small municipal/local government setting, preferably with exposure to the development of property tax bylaws and municipalcorporateofficerfunctions;knowledgeofregionaldistrictfunctionsandrequisitions;and/or experience working with government legislation, including researching and interpreting/applying various Acts.
