Overview
\nWe are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Movers. As a Mover, you will be responsible for assisting with the safe and productive relocation of furniture, equipment, and other items for our clients. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and excellent communication skills.\n
Responsibilities
\n
Safely load, unload, and transport furniture, boxes, and other items to and from designated locations
Pack and wrap items to ensure their protection during transportation
Assist with disassembling and reassembling furniture as needed
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure a smooth moving process
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients
Deliver a high level of customer service with the ability to overcome customer concerns onsite
Interested in learning and applying sales techniques in the field
Work with a team of hardworking achievers
Take pride in doing excellent work
Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents or damage to property

Qualifications
\n
Previous experience in moving or related field is preferred but not required
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 100 pounds) repeatedly throughout the day
Excellent communication skills to effectively work within a team and interact with clients
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for commercial driving positions
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
