Required Experience

Comec is looking for experienced Millwright Planner to join our maintenance team. The individual should have leadership experience and planning experience in the SAGD industry.
This Position will require the candidate to plan the work, order parts, contact vendors, communicate with Client operations/leadership teams. Experience working in SAP is an asset. The main job will be to review client rotating assets and review BOM’s for rebuilds and maintenance. Ensuring the BOM’s are correct and materials are on site.
The Millwright is responsible for installing or dismantling machinery and equipment according to company plans, blueprints, and other diagrams. This will be accomplished through the secure and effective use of hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, and power tools. This position also requires that the Millwright troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic problems with associated equipment. The Millwright is also responsible for repairing malfunctioning equipment, such as motors, pumps, valves, controls, for a variety of commodities, and other machines.
This is at the Foster Creek SAGD plant site, shift is 7 on 7 off. 12
