Role Summary: This role is responsible for installing and maintaining company assets in good order to ensure business continuity and productivity.
Key Responsibilities: Perform minor and major repair of production equipment and building as required Repair and adjust equipment during operations to maintain line standards Work as part of a team to repair equipment, such as and not limited to (assembly and disassembly of machinery) Conduct changeovers and setups as required to meet production schedule Preform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks as well as troubleshoot issues and suggest continuous improvement ideas Execute duties in a consistent manner with plant safety, sanitation standards and quality assurance Complete documentation and inspections as required What You Bring: Industrial Mechanic / Millwright Trade Certification High school diploma Valid Red Seal Preferred Bottling or plant manufacturing experience and asset Willing and able to work shifts such as days, afternoons, midnights, overtime, weekends and holidays Motivated to take initiative and the ability to work independently.
