Job Type: Part‑time (with potential to grow to full‑time)
Salary: $20–$24 per hour (based on experience)
About Us:
We are a patient‑focused foot clinic committed to providing exceptional care in a warm, supportive setting. We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and organized receptionist to join our team and help keep our clinic running smoothly and looking to continue growing with us.
What You’ll Do:
Greet patients and manage check‑in/check‑out
Answer phone calls and emails and respond to inquiries
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records
Process payments (POS, cash, cheque, insurance)
Assist with EMR bookings, billing, and communication
Support back‑office tasks such as instrument reprocessing, sterilization logs, and general clinic sanitization on a daily basis
Prepare treatment rooms and help maintain patient flow
Assist with footwear, orthotic and compression sock measurements (training provided)
Monitor and restock supplies
Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, professional communicator
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a busy clinic
Excellent with computers and social media (Excel, EMR systems, Google)
Reliable, punctual, and motivated
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Able to work between both clinic locations
Saturday availability is required
Nice to Have:
Experience in a medical, dental, physio, or similar clinic
Medical / Office Administrative Diploma
First Aid/CPR certification
