day, you'll work closely with cross‐functional teams across the business (including design engineers, CAD designers, and suppliers), manage design requirements to ensure compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the domain.You'll specifically take care of supervising a design team (MDEs, CAD designers, and potentially other MLEs), but also ensure proper documentation, ERP integration, and design governance.We'll look to you for:Leading mechanical installation development and integration activitiesManaging design requirements and ensuring conformity for validation and certificationDriving interface definition, space allocation, and installation part designSupervising design teams and fostering collaborationSupporting first‐mounting train reviews and production phasesParticipating in continuous improvement initiatives within the domainAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience. Knowledge of a language other than French is an asset when dealing with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues and customers.
