Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering plus two (2) years of experience designing HVAC and plumbing for commercial, institutional, and light industrial facilities or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
\n
Preferred Requirements
\n
Five (5)+ years of experience designing HVAC and plumbing for commercial, institutional, and light industrial facilities.
\n
Proficiency in heat load estimating software such as IES VE, Trane Trace 3D Plus or Carrier HAP.
\n
