This role is responsible for setting direction and strategy for design teams, strengthening cross‐functional collaboration, supporting the consistent delivery of our products and automated systems. The Mechanical Design Manager provides leadership to the Design Teams while driving scalable processes, maintaining high design standards, and advancing strategic initiatives that strengthen the effectiveness of the Design function.
