· Documentation, systems & compliance: Ensure all receiving, labeling, lot tracking, COAs/related documents, and ERP transactions are completed accurately and on time; maintain GMP/housekeeping standards; support audits and traceability requirements in partnership with Quality.

Qualifications and Skills
\n
Experience: 3+ years in warehouse/receiving/materials handling in a manufacturing environment; prior lead hand/supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
\n
Systems & documentation: Comfortable with ERP/inventory systems and MS Office; able to complete receiving/issuing transactions and maintain accurate traceability documentation.
\n
Organization & attention to detail: Strong ability to manage multiple inbound/outbound priorities, maintain warehouse organization (5S), and prevent inventory/lot control errors.
\n
Compliance & safety mindset: Working knowledge of GMP/quality requirements and safe warehouse practices; capable of supporting audits and maintaining clean, compliant storage areas.
\n
Material handling: Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) and experience handling bulk/packaged raw materials; able to lift and move materials as required.
\n
