Job Summary
\nThe head instructor at a Premier Martial Arts location is someone who is passionate about changing lives through day‑to‑day martial arts instruction. An outgoing and leadership‑driven personality is a must. A person who can not only teach but more importantly inspire others to be the best version of themselves is required. A PMA instructor utilizes the tools given to them to impact as many people as possible, is always a student, and never lets their ego get the best of them. A learning attitude is key to the success of this position.\n
Responsibilities

Instruction of up to 6 high‑energy and educational classes daily
\n
Customer relations with students and parents
\n
Curriculum testing of students
\n
Events – Birthday parties, Parent’s Night Out
\n
\n
Qualifications
\n\n
High‑level proficiency in one or more martial arts disciplines
\n
Black Belt Certificate not mandatory but a plus
\n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students of all ages and backgrounds
\n
Strong mentoring and coaching abilities, with a focus on character development
\n
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching children
\n
Experience teaching children
\n
Service‑first mentality

Compensation
\n$38,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year\n
