Key Skills
Managing Director needs to have extensive deep Identity Management (IAM) and security expertise.
You should have working knowledge of multiple facets of the IAM landscape which can include IGA, AM, PAM, CIAM etc. You should be able to demonstrate where you have led both project teams and growth/revenue streams in your day‑to‑day accountabilities.
At least 15 years’ professional experience.
Ideally you will have advanced down a path from roles like business analyst to consultant, manager, and senior manager before reaching the director level.
Additional Necessary Skills
This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication, and exceptional leadership skills.
You must be an independent, creative problem‑solver who can motivate teams and manage multiple priorities.
