or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, preferably in a unionized environment within a broader public sector agency and/or medium to large private/public corporation, including at least 3 years in program or people leadership roles Expertise in administering compensation and benefits and recognition programs Knowledge of pension plan design and administration requirements Experience with labour and compensation legislation including the Employment Standards Act, Pay Equity Act, Pension and Benefits Act, and Labour Relations Act Strong analytical, strategic, and creative problem
